Submission Guidelines:
Abstracts should be submitted electronically via the Online Platform (Website)/Email at:
- All submissions must be in English language.
- The abstract body should be limited to 250-300 words.
- The individual submitting the abstract will be considered as both the Presenting Author and the corresponding author.
- Presenting authors must be listed as one of co-authors of the submitted abstract.
- Presenting authors are responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have provided consent to be included in the abstract submission. Authorship and order of authors must be mutually agreed upon.
- The presenting author is obligated to ensure that the abstract content does not violate the copyright or any other rights of third parties.
- Submission and presentation of abstracts must adhere to the principle of originality, prohibiting duplication or plagiarism in publications. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in rejection of the submission or presentation at the Conference. All decisions made by the Technical Committee are final.
- The presenting authors bear responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all contents within the abstract.
- Upon abstract submission, presenting authors affirm that their study adheres to ethical guidelines for research and publication, including the legal requirements of the country where the study was conducted.
- Presenting authors must declare during submission that the content presented is original and will not be published or presented elsewhere prior to the FIDIC Asia Pacific Conference 2024.
